Gondola Display Shelving Description:
- the layer can load 60kg/levels, it is the best choice for 1000m³ and 3000m³ supermarket.
- Upper Shelf part, it can match metal plate shelf, glass shelf for customer to select it.
- Starter Rack are the first shelves, it have two columns to combined it. But add on racks only have one column, so it needs to combine with the former rack to installation.
- There have two type of back panel for customers to selection –Plain middle back panel and Holes middle back panel. Back Panel are using 0.5mm metal panel to bending and punching.
- Add upper shelves, end shelves, fencing and signage unit available for aisle or wall. Upper shelves and Steel Stopper are sold separately. Easy to adjust the units to fit your merchandise and your space, Maximize the use of space.
- the layer match metal stopper, it can avoid products to drop from the shelves. What's more, the upper shelves can slant 15°-30°.
- JB-2015 shelf is the leading product of medium and large supermarket in recent years. The biggest advantage is that the pillar is produced by advanced 80x30mm square pipe punching technology. The pillar and the base are welded by new technology.
- Middle back panel, double side and wall side are same installation ways. Using Slot to fixed with columns inner part, then install bottom spacer to connect two columns, placing back panel to bottom spacer. Finally, put top spacer to columns connection place.
- Color can base on customers requirement to make it. We have powder coated production lines. Customers provide me your color sample, we would make the color and confirm by you. Customers color MOQ is 200sets.

Production Process:
1) Semi-finished products part: Through punching and bending machines, Cold rolled steel materials are changed to columns pipes Semi-finished products; steel sheets board will be make to steel layer, brackets, back panel etc.
2) Cleaning part: We have 10 cleaning pools. Cleaning Oil pool - Water pool - Pickling pool - Water pool - Alkali washing pool - Water pool - Acid-base neutralization pool - Water pool - Phosphate pool - Water Pool
3) After cleaning process, semi-finished products will be hanging on the spraying lines to powder coated.
4) Package.
